The Second Epistle to the Thessalonians, normally alluded to as Second Thessalonians or 2 Thessalonians is a book from the New Testament of the Christian Bible. It is generally credited to Paul the Apostle, with Timothy as a co-creator. Present day scriptural grant is separated on whether the epistle was composed by Paul; a few researchers accept Paul composed this epistle, yet others reject its credibility in light of what they see as contrasts in style and philosophy among this and the First Epistle to the Thessalonians.
Researchers who backing its credibility view it as having been composed around 51-52 AD, soon after the First Epistle. Those who see it as a later sythesis allot a date of around 80-115 AD
